Academic Affairs

Key Responsibilties :
1. Management of Examination
Maintaining the examination database
Management of Examination processes:
- Examination papers
- Students results
- Academic transcript
- Students appeal

2. Programme Administration
Preparation / distribution of teaching timetables and materials
Monitor students attendance
Administrative duties
Maintain students records

3. Others
Write minutes of meetings
To liaise with faculty members and external guest lecturers.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements :
Degree in BSc or Diploma in Computer Science or IT or related disciplines.
Able to troubleshoot problems related to MS Access, C++, JAVA & SQL database.
With the keen interest in learning new things.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with good attention to detail.
Good managerial and leadership skills.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player
