- Sorry, I doubt that this process is effective, kindly proposed a better mechanism. Are you sure you can check the shelf 30mins for all LAs. What if you have training and meeting? Therefore, how would you delegate this task and able to manage even though you are on leave.
Please see me for further clarification. As I have mentioned, my query might be general, however, the feedback MUST be comprehensive. I required detail report and will not accept merely explanation as what you have done in the PDF file. All action must be proven.
I hope you still remember, when I asked you about your secret in supervising Lending Services. I have partial answer to my question and will tell you what I have learnt from you during the next appraisal interview

可靠
我想, 没多少人喜欢被人说:"你不可靠."
在这上班已半年, 我已被两人冠上"你不可靠"的名衔. 一个是老板, 另一个则是最谈得来的同事.
老板对我的评论, 是公事; 同事对我的评论, 是私事. 两者的评论, 对我来说, 都深具影响.
我介意他们酱的说词, 因为我并不是酱的人.
公事, 我汲取教训, 还未找出真正原由, 必须沉默, 沉默是金, 这道理一直都很受落.
私事, 主要是同事寻求帮助, 虽然我有意帮助, 但是最后还是爱莫能助. 我没生气她这样评论我, 因为我清楚我拒绝她的理由.
今天, 我该好好自省~

4. 与人交往的时候，多听少说。这就是，上帝为什么给我们一个嘴巴两个耳朵的原因。
5. 不要随便说脏话，这会让别人觉得你没涵养，不大愿意和你交往。即使交往，也是敷衍。因为他内心认定你素质很差。
6. 买衣服的时候，要自己去挑，不要让家人给你买，虽然你第一第二次买的都不怎么样，可是，你会慢慢有眼光的。
7. 如果你想知道自己将来的年收入如何。找你最经常来往的六个朋友，把他们的年收入加起来，除以六，就差不多是你的了。这个例子，可以充分的说明一点，物以类聚。
8. 平时的时候，多和你的朋友沟通交流一下，不要等到需要朋友的帮助时，才想到要和他们联系，到了社会，你才会知道，能够认识一个真正的朋友，有多难?
9. 给自己定一个五年的目标，然后，把它分解成一年一年，半年半年的，三个月的，一个月的。这样，你才能找到自己的目标和方向。
